What it's all about!

Ecoprint or Botanical Contact Print, this is a process of fixing natural leaf pigments from locally gathered leaves. Heat and pressure are employed in the transference of pigment. This is sometimes combined with natural dyestuffs.

Each item is handmade in Dorset. All are, unique differences subtle and major result from: leaf species, seasonal variation in weather conditions, time of year and the artistry of the maker.

What do I make?

Natural fibre scarves, especially wool and silk

Upcycled clothing, mainly 100% wool and linen

Covered notebooks, aprons, cushions, tote bags funky, functional each unique,

Ecoprinted felt sculptural pieces, Greetings cards

Listing individual items is not the aim of this site, it is a means to showcase types of things rather than the items themselves, a gallery of ideas, more than a shop window. Think about it like this, do you:
